Warm ups

There are a select few Kemme Fitness workouts where the warm-up is built into the first circuit. However, the majority of our workouts assume you have either warmed up on your own, or you are skipping the warm-up. By the way, it is never a good idea to skip the warm-up!

So feel free to use any one of the warm-ups from below before hitting an intense Functional Fitness workout.
