NEEDED EQUIPMENT: Something for the Turkish Get-ups such as dumbbell or kettlebell
I think when you do this you should sing out “5.. MORE BURPEEEEEESSS!” every time you get there.
I tested this workout at my gym here at work. There were 6 guinea pigs and they had to endure me singing each verse during the entire workout. I think they actually got used to it and enjoyed it. The workout, on the other hand, was a killer.
