I am still very far behind in adding exercises to our little Functional Fitness program here at Kemme Fitness. Earlier this spring I did add some animal walks (see here). I also filmed two Kettlbell exercises at that time and put them up on the Exercise page.
Prior to adding the Kettlebell exercises, I had Goblet Squats and Thrusters under the Kettlebell heading, but only had video links showing the exercises being done with other pieces of equipment. You could get the idea, but it is a little clearer now when you click on “Kettlebell Goblet Squats” and actually see somebody doing the exercise with a Kettlebell.
There are more of these issues on the website (not perfect videos with the exact equipment) and my hopes are to keep improving the video links when I can. I also have a list of more exercises that I can’t wait to share with all of you and start putting into workouts. However, I do not want to put exercises into a workout when you can’t have a video link to go with it. Therefore, you will have to wait to see what a Plus Jump or a 3 Pointer are!
In the meantime, check out the Kettlebell Goblet Squat and the Kettlebell Thruster. If you have access to a Kettlebell, you can always substitute it in for any Goblet Squat or Thruster (use the Kettlebell instead of a Medicine Ball and see which you like better).
