Working out at home – turning a gym workout into an “at home” workout

We get a lot of requests on how to make up workouts at home. I was trying to come up with an idea for my friend, Seth, and I the other day and I decided to use a little trick. Ok, it is not really so much as a trick, as it is remembing the old saying, “don’t reinvent the wheel.”

He wanted to work his core, so I located Twist Day, a great core workout we use at the gym. Well, I didn’t have half the equipment to do that at home, so all I did was go down through the circuits and change what equipment I used, or changed a few exercises.

Sound simple?  That is because it was. It took only a few seconds to replace some exercises and now I have a great At Home workout. The entire post is here, but I also pasted it below.
