What? Yet another free 12 week exercise program?

What is it you said?  K-Fit is not challenging enough for you?  You want an additional 12 week program that will kick your butt?  Are you sure?  Double checking for you?  Yep? 

Ok then.  Introducing K-Challenge!  This 12 week program is similar to K-Fit except for one specific facet –  K-Challenge contains some of our most difficult workouts.

As with K-fit, K-Challenge only needs 4 pieces of equipment:  A pull-up bar, a kettlebell, medicine ball, and a physioball. So enjoy. For those of you in the middle of K-Fit, you now have something to look forward to (just in case you needed some extra motivation).
