This is a great warm up to get your blood flowing. Use this before any of our Functional Fitness workouts.
NEEDED EQUIPMENT: NoneCIRCUIT #1 –Stutter Step for a total of 1 minute –Sprawl at various intervals, but try to challenge yourself. Shoot for about 20 to 30 Sprawls in the minute time -Repeat the circuit for a 2nd round after a short rest Note: If you are warming up with more than one person, have a “lead” person who shouts out “Sprawl” for the group. This can be fun to try and catch everybody off guard!

If you do them without simon says then what?…..maybe 5 Burpee penalty?! hmmm
