NEEDED EQUIPMENT:  Medicine Ball, Dumbbells, Pull-up Bar
 
All exercises in this Functional Fitness workout utilize 3 points of contact with the ground either at the same time or alternating.
 
CIRCUIT #1
5 – each side – Frog to Side Plank
5 – each side – Cross Toe Touches
5 – each side – Plank 1 Arm Touch

CIRCUIT #2
rest after pull-ups
5 – each side – Back Bridge Switch
5 – each side – Grasshopper Push-ups
2 Triangle Pull-ups
5 – each side – Scorpion Push-ups
10 -each side – V-sit Twists
2 Triangle Pull-ups
5 – each side – Dumbell Renegade Rows
15 – each side- 1 Leg Dips
2 Triangle Pull-ups
5 – each side – Sidestep Push-ups
10 Dumbbell Floor Wipers
2 Triangle Pull-ups

5 – each side – Leg Swoop
10 – each side – V-sit Twists
5 to 10 Medicine Ball Tripod Push-ups
