NEEDED EQUIPMENT:  None

CIRCUIT #1
1 Minute of Burpees (keep count)
Burpee count X 10 Slaloms (ex: you did 20 Burpees then you do 200 Slaloms)
Burpee count X 2 Push-ups
1 Minute of Burpees (keep count)
Burpee count X 10 Scissor Kicks 
Burpee count X 2 Push-ups

If second Burpee count is higher = 20 Rowboats, then 20 Mountain Climbers

If first Burpee count is higher = 10 Burpees, then 20 Mountain Climbers
 
CIRCUIT #2
1 Minute of Split Squat Jumps (keep count)
Split Squat Jumps count X 5 V-Sit Twists (ex: you did 20 Split Squat Jumps then you do 100 V-Sit Twists)
Split Squat Jumps count X 2 Lunge Twists
1 Minute of Split Squat Jumps (keep count)
Split Squat Jumps count X 5 V-Sit Twists 

Split Squat Jumps count X 2 Lunge Twists

If second Split Squat Jumps count is higher = 30 second Front Plank, 30 second V-Sit

If first Split Squat Jumps count is higher = 10 Split Squat Jumps, 20 Air Squats

10 Air Squats
10 Frog Jumps
10 Push-ups
10 Ice Skaters
10 Sprawls
10 Mountain Climbers
10 Leg Raises
10 Scissor Kicks
