Spartacus. This is a good workout for anybody at any level, and can be fun in a group. A bit of warning though – take it easy on the side lunges and the lunge rotations. I witnessed a dozen people, including myself, have a hard time sitting down for a few days afterwards. You should be fine if you try this again the following week or so, but just ease into those two exercises. You will be surprised how you are unprepared for those movements.
