Slosh Tube workout

NEEDED EQUIPMENT:  Slosh Tube, markers (mark off a distance of about 40-50 yards)

CIRCUIT #1
30 seconds Front Bridge
10 Leg Raises
30 seconds Side Bridge (left)
10 Quad Squats
30 seconds Side Bridge (right)
10 Scissor Kicks
 
CIRCUIT #2
10 Slosh Tube Front Paddling
10 Burpees
10 Slosh Tube Presses
30 seconds Ice Skaters
5 – each side – Slosh Tube Twirl
30 seconds V-Sit Twists
(if you have a group you can have people doing exercises for the length of time it takes for others to do the Slosh Tube exercies, then switch)
 
CIRCUIT #3
Slosh Tube carry (overhead) to marker and back
30 Air Squats
Slosh Tube carry (in front curl position) to marker and back
20 Row Boats
Slosh Tube carry (any way you can) to marker and back
20 Lunge Walks
(if you have a group you can have people doing exercises for the length of time it takes for others to do the Slosh Tube exercies, then switch)
 
CIRCUIT #4 (Extra Cardio)
You can stop, repeat Circuit #3, or do a small Urban or Rural run

    Just went into the garage and used what I could to whoop myself with my own little kemme torture routine, my second one this week. Still need to make my own gear and print out the work out and follow it. A paver brick gallon and jugs of water work ok until then. taking steps in the right direction. THanks Pete for showing us this stuff.. I LOVE IT.. all of it!
