That change fundamentaly alters the wod – you used a “marker” of some sorts to delinate how far to walk. My wod was clear. Crystal clear. Don’t change the important things in my wods. I used 1 piece of misc bright orange piece of garbage. That point is crucial. It MUST be 1 piece of misc bright orange piece of garbage 1 piece of misc bright orange piece of garbage 1 piece of misc bright orange piece of garbage 1 piece of misc bright orange piece of garbage 1 piece of misc bright orange piece of garbage Anything else devalues this wod. 🙂 Kemme Fitness 1 Nov 2011 Reply ha ha ha. On a serious note, the Slosh Tube exercises were not equal to the dumbbell exercises. Hence the run had to be longer. Just an FYI for somebody who tries this version instead.
