10 – each side – 1 Arm 1 Leg Curl to Press (15 to 35 lb dumbbell)
10 – each side – Physioball Leg Rotation
10 – each side – 1 Arm 1 Leg Curl to Press
10 – each side – Physioball Mountain Climbers
 
POWER OF TEN – PUSH-UPS
10 Push-ups after every exercise
 
10 – each side – Hoorays (15-25 lb dumbbell)
10  Goblet Squats (25-40 lbs)
10 – each side – Kettlebell Buttom Up Press (or hold the bottom of a dumbbell that is on end)
10 – each side – 1 Leg Medicine Ball Dips (hands behind you on MB or on the handle of a kettlebell, or a dumbbell on end)
10 – each side – Seesaw Press (15-25 lb dumbbells)
10 – each side – Bend Over 1 Leg Flys (15-25 lb dumbbells)
10 – each side – 1 Leg 1 Arm Curls (15-30 lb dumbbell)
 
POWER OF TEN – AIR SQUATS
10 Air Squats after every exercise
No rest between exercises
1 minute rest between rounds
 
10 – each side – Twist Push-ups
10 – each side – Leg Swoops
10 – each side – Side Lunges
10 – each side – Leg Raises

POWER OF TEN – PIKE PUSH-UPS
10 Pike Push-ups after every exercise
No rest between exercises
1 minute rest between rounds
 
10 Dips
10 – each side – V-Sit Twists with weight
10 Pull-ups
10 Muslim Prays
