A great Functional Fitness workout which comes in handy when you had to take a week or two (or three) off.  Low impact, total body, and scalable to your fitness level.
 
NEEDED EQUIPMENT:  Clubbell
 
CIRCUIT #1
5 – each side – Clubbell Outside Pendulum
5 – each side – Clubbell Inside Pendulum
5 – each side – Clubbell Side Swing
5 – each side – Clubbell Side Semi
5 – each side – Clubbell Front Swing Hand Switch
5 – each side – Clubbell Rear Lunge Pendulum
5 – each side – Clubbell Alternating Shield Cast
10 Clubbell Barbarian Press
5 – each side – Clubbell Torch Press
Run (anywhere from 1/4 mile to 1/2 mile)
X2, X3, or X4 (depending on your level)
