Deck of cards – group bodyweight version

This Functional Fitness workout is designed so everybody can do it together (no sharing of equipment needed). For an explanation of a Deck of Crards workout, click here.
Basically, shuffle a deck of cards and turn them over 1 at a time. Do the number of reps of the exercise, which is determined by the suit (see below). Face cards are 10 reps, and aces are 11 reps.
Spades = Burpees
Clubs = Rowboats
Hearts = Crab Crunches (do both sides)
Diamonds = Squat Jumps
Jokers = 20 Side Step Push-ups
