10 Floor Wipers 35 lb dumbbell

15 Push-ups (any kind)
5 Chin-ups
15 Hindu Push-ups

30 seconds Physioball Balance
2 – each side – Pistols
5 Sprawls
10 – each side – 1 Leg Over Line (back and forth on one leg for 1 count)
X2 to X4
