    We retested this one today (thanks to Dave, Alicia, Val, and Todd) and FYI, it is actually a short workout. We completed it in about a half hour. Alicia and Val did some stairs afterwards, while Dave, Todd, and I did some kettlebell work to make it a more rounded workout.
