A group of 5 of us did this today. Congrats for those doing the One Arm Snatch for the first time!
It worked well to either lower the pounds or lower the reps in the 1st circuit (ie. 5 each side of the Snatches). Simply use lighter dumbbells in the 2nd circuit if needed.
