CIRC UIT #1 30 yards Lunge Walk with Clubbell 30 yards Lunge Walk with Clubbell backwards to starting point Bear Walk around your house 10 – each side – Clubbell Outside Pendulum X2 CIRCUIT #2 run around your house 2 times 10 Body Rows off of Pull-up bar, rings, swingset, or whatever you have run around your house 2 times 9 Body Rows run around your house 2 times 8 Body Rows run around…you get the idea…do this until you go down to 1 Body Row CIRCUIT #3 15 yards Crab Walk 15 yards Side Lunge back to starting point (left side for the lunge) 20 – each side – Clubbell Front Swing Hand Switch 15 yards Crab Walk 15 yards Side Lunge back to starting point (right side for the lunge) 20 – each side – Clubbell Front Swing Hand Switch
