x5 CIRCUIT #2 10 – each side – Clubbell Inside Pendulums
10 Clubbell Torch Presses
x5 CIRCUIT #3 10 – each side – Clubbell Swipes
10 Clubbell Barbarian Presses
x5 CIRCUIT #4 20 Mountian Climbers
10 Air Squats
x5
This workout can be changed quite easily if you don’t have a Clubbell. I made circuit 2 with Medicine Ball Sliders and Get-up, Stand-up Slams. I then made circuit 3 with Dumbbell Renegade Rows and Seesaw Presses. Done in 30-35 minutes.
