Warm up – Clubbell run

NEEDED EQUIPMENT:  Clubbell

CIRCUIT #1
10 – each side – Clubbell Outside Pendulum
Sprint 50 yards
10 – each side – Clubbell Inside Pendulum
Sprint 50 yards
10 – each side – Split Squat Jumps

Warm up – Medicine Ball throws

NEEDED EQUIPMENT:  Medicine Ball

RULES:
-throw the Medicine Ball as far as you can (alternate type of throws)
-sprint to the ball
-do 5 Push-ups and 5 Medicine Ball Slams
-repeat for a total of 5 rounds

Warm up – Clubbell

NEEDED EQUIPMENT:  Clubbell

CIRCUIT #1
10 – each side – Clubbell Alternating Shield Casts
10 – each side – Clubbell Rear Lunge Pendulum
10 Clubbell Barbarian Squats

Warm up – sprints

Even if you are not a runner, this may be the perfect warm-up to get your heart rate up and ready to go.

5 Push-ups

Sprint 100 yards

10 seconds Side Bridge (left)
10 seconds Side Bridge (right)
5 seconds Bear Walk
5 seconds Stutter Steps
10 seconds Front Bridge

Warm up – jumps and crunches

NEEDED EQUIPMENT: None

10—each side—Split Squat Jumps
10—each side—Crab Crunch
10—each side—Brazilian Crunch
10 Tuck Jumps
