Needed Equipment:  Physioball

CIRCUIT #1

Physioball Balance

V-Sit

Front Plank

Physioball Leg Bridge

X5 (30 sec each side, 45 sec, 60 sec, 45 sec, 30 sec)


CIRCUIT #2

Start with 1 rep each, then 2 reps, etc. until you do 10 rounds, ending with 10 reps of each exercise below

Squat Jump

Physioball 1 Leg Sit-up

Slalom

Scissor Kicks

Side Lunge


CIRCUIT #3

2 Sit-up Stand-up Tuck Jumps

4 Lunge Walks

8 Cross Toe Touches

16 Ice Skaters

32 Leg Raises
