Do the following 4 exercises after each in the bulleted list below: (1) 50 yards Slosh Tube Overhead Walk, (2) 5 Slosh Tube Presses, (3) 15 Clubbell Alternating Shield Casts, (4) and then 30 seconds Front Bridge
- 10 – each side – Slosh Tube Floor Wipers
- 20 – each side – Clubbell Swipes
- 10 – each side – Slosh Tube Back Paddling
- 20 – each side – Clubbell Rear Lunge Pendulums
- 10 – each side – Scorpion Push-ups
- 20 – each side – Clubbell Cossack Squats
