CIRCUIT #1 5 Kettlebell Goblet Squats 5 Pull-ups 5 – each side – Side Lunges 5 – each side – Lower Russian Twists 5 – each side – Crab Crunches CIRCUIT #2 5 Burpee Pull-ups 10 V-sit Twists Kettlebell 15 Kettlebell Swings 20 Mountain Climbers 25 Slaloms X5 CIRCUIT #3 Combine the 5 and 50 exercises and perform them intensely. Rest briefly inbetween each combo. 5 Hindu Push-ups 50 seconds Stutter Steps 5 Sprawls 50 seconds Kettlebell Swings 5 – each side – Kettlebell Pistons 50 Air Squats 5 – each side – Kettlebell Clean & Press 50 Leg Raises 5 – each side – Goat Jumps 50 seconds Lateral Bound CIRCUIT #4 5 – each side – Kettlebell Suspended 1 Arm Press 25 Push-ups CIRCUIT #5 1 Inchworm 2 Push-ups 3 Rowboats 4 Donkey Kicks 5 Air Squats Repeat at least once or until exhausted
