NEEDED EQUIPMENT: Sandbag

CIRCUIT #1
2 Frog Jumps
20 seconds Bear Walk
5 – each side – Lower Russian Twists
 
CIRCUIT #2
working out alone:  20 Sandbag Thrusters
working out in a group: Stand in a circle
-pass the bag overhead to the left 2 circles
-pass the bag underhand to the left 2 circles
-pass the bag overhead to the right 2 circles
-pass the bag underhand to the right 2 circles
 
CIRCUIT #3
20, 10, 5 reps
Side Bridge Knee Tuck (each side)
Spiderman Push-ups
Sandbag Presses
Donkey Kicks
