Rotate stations for the length of time needed for the Sandbag carry
30 yards Sandbag carry (however you want to carry it)
Physioball Wall Roll
Mountain Climbers
Physioball 1 Leg Sit-ups (alternate legs)
Slaloms
Physioball Leg Curls
Cossack Squats
Stutter Steps

2 Goat Jumps (1 each side)
4 Hindu Push-ups
8 Box Jumps
16 Scissor Kicks
