Deck of Cards – Sandbag, Physioball, & Medicine Ball

NEEDED EQUIPMENT:  Sandbag, Pull-up Bar, Physioball, Medicine Ball
 
I designed this one to be for 4 groups of folks, so we could all share the 1 sandbag.
Jokers = 20 Burpees
 
GROUP #1
Spades = Physioball Medicine Ball Twist
Clubs = Uneven Push-ups
Hearts 1-6 = Pulls-ups
Hearts 7-Ace (11) = Medicine Ball Sliders
Diamonds 1-6 = Sandbag Clean & Press
Diamonds 7-Ace (11) = Sandbag Press
 
GROUP #2
Diamonds = Physioball Medicine Ball Twist
Spades = Uneven Push-ups
Clubs 1-6 = Pulls-ups
Clubs 7-Ace (11) = Medicine Ball Sliders
Hearts 1-6 = Sandbag Clean & Press
Hearts 7-Ace (11) = Sandbag Press
 
GROUP #3
Hearts = Physioball Medicine Ball Twist
Diamonds = Uneven Push-ups
Spades 1-6 = Pulls-ups
Spades 7-Ace (11) = Medicine Ball Sliders
Clubs -6 = Sandbag Clean & Press
Clubs 7-Ace (11) = Sandbag Press
 
GROUP #4
Clubs = Physioball Medicine Ball Twist
Hearts = Uneven Push-ups
Diamonds 1-6 = Pulls-ups
Diamonds 7-Ace (11) = Medicine Ball Sliders
Spades 1-6 = Sandbag Clean & Press
Spades  7-Ace (11) = Sandbag Press
 
NOTE:  You can use a Kettlebell or Dumbbell in place of a sandbag if you have too many folks or if you don’t have the sandbag.
