Triple play (Clubbell & Medicine Ball)

NEEDED EQUIPMENT:  Clubbell & Medicine Ball

Do all 3 exercisex in each circuit without stopping. Then repeat for a total of 4 rounds – again without stopping.  You can only rest after the entire circuit has been done 4 times.  After completing all 4 circuits, start over and do them all again.

CIRCUIT #1
20 seconds Left Side Bridge
20 seconds V-Sit
20 seconds Right Side Bridge
X4
 
CIRCUIT #2
5 – each side – Medicine Ball 1 Leg Dips
5 – each side – Medicine Ball Sliders
20 – each side – V-sit Twists
X4
 
CIRCUIT #3
5 – each side – Clubbell Alternating Shield Casts
2 – each side – Clubbell Lunge Walk
5 Clubbell Barbarian Squats
X4
 
CIRCUIT #4
2 Dive Bombers
2 Burpees
2 – each side – Goat Jumps
X4
 
REPEAT ALL 4 CIRCUITS 1 MORE TIME
