NEEDED EQUIPMENT: Medicine Ball, Kettlebell, & Physioball
 
CIRCUIT #1
Stutter Steps as group passes around Medicine Ball (2 rotations each direction)
Slaloms as group passes around Medicine Ball (2 rotations each direction)
Tuck Jumps as group passes around Medicine Ball (2 rotations each direction)
 
CIRCUIT #2
After completing the 4 groups (4 rounds of each group), then start back at first group and repeat
 
GROUP #1 (Physioball)
30 seconds Physioball Bridge
1 – each side – Physioball Leg Rotation
1 Push-up (feet on Physioball)
X4 (do 4 rounds in a row with no rest)
 
GROUP #2 (Kettlebell)
10 Kettlebell Swings
5 – each side – Kettlebell Clean & Press
5 – each side – Kettlebell Uppercuts
X4 (do 4 rounds in a row with no rest)
 
GROUP #3 (Medicine Ball)
10 – each side – Medicine Ball 1 Leg Dips
2 – each side – Medicine Ball Sliders
20 – each side – Medicine Ball V-Sit Twists
X4 (do 4 rounds in a row with no rest)
 
GROUP #4 (Bodyweight)
30 seconds Front Plank
10 – each side – Crab Crunch
2 Burpees
X4 (do 4 rounds in a row with no rest)
