NEEDED EQUIPMENT:  Clubbells and Medicine Balls
 
CIRCUIT #1
RULES:
30 seconds each exercise
5 seconds transition time between exercises
1 minute in between rounds
Start at new exercise each round
 
EXERCISES:
Medicine Ball Thrusters
V-sit Twists
Clubbell Alternating Shield Casts
Mountain Climbers
Slaloms
Clubbell Torch Press
 
CIRCUIT #2
3 sets of cones 20 yards apart. Start people at either end
20 – each side – Medicine Ball Lunge Twists at end cone
Sprint to middle cone
5 Burpees
Sprint to other end cone
20 – each side – Clubbell Rear Lunge Pendulum
X2
 
CIRCUIT #3
3 sets of cones 20 yards apart. Start people at either end
20 Leg Raises
Sprint to middle cone
5 Push-ups
Sprint to other end cone
20 Scissor Kicks
