Gorilla Walk
20 Lunge Walk
Crab Walk
20 Slaloms
Goat Jumps

30 seconds V-Sit Twists
10 Siamese Squats
X3
 
CIRCUIT #3
Set up cones (15 yards, 5 yards, 15 yards)
Lateral Bounds
Burpees
Sprint
