30 seconds each of the following
Slosh Tube Twirls
Leg Raises
Burpees
Medicine Ball Sit-up Stand-up Slams
 X1
 
CIRCUIT #3
30 seconds each of the following
Slosh Tube Lunge Twists
Scissor Kicks
Ice Skaters
Medicine Ball Sliders
 X1
 
CIRCUIT #4
30 seconds each of the following
Slosh Tube Back Paddling
Crab Crunch
Slaloms
Medicine Ball Lunge Twists (or Thrusters)

CIRCUIT #5
Group #1 -40 yard run with Slosh Tube (alternate types of carry)
V-Sit during time of run
Switch
 
Group #2
40 yard Bear Walk (rounds 2 & 3 are Frog Jump or Crab Walk, and Lunge Walk)
Front Bridge during time of walk
