20 Spiderman Push-ups
25 Donkey Kicks
50 Scissor Kicks
50 Slosh Tube Presses
X2
 
CIRCUIT #2
10 Medicine Ball Throw (sprint to where ball is and throw again)
20 Slosh Tube Get-up Sit-ups
X3
 
CIRCUIT #3
50 Slosh Tube Lunge Walks
10 – each side – Slosh Tube Front Paddling
10 – each side – Slosh Tube Back Paddling
