Clubbell rotation workout

Short Functional Fitness workout, but intense.

NEEDED EQUIPMENT: Clubbell

RULES:
Do each of the 6 exercises for 30 seconds with a 5 second transition time in between.
Rest as long as you need to in between each round.
Do 6 total rounds, starting with a different exercise each time. For example: (round 1 starts with Shield Casts and ends with Burpees, while round 2 starts with Hand Switch and ends with Shield Casts, round 3 starts with Torch Press and ends with Hand Switch, etc).

Clubbell Alternating Shield Casts
Clubbell Front Swing Hand Switch
Clubbell Torch Press
Slalom
Clubbell Barbarian Squat
Burpees
