CIRCUIT #1
5 Pull-ups
5 – each side – Knees to Elbows (alternate touching knees to opposite elbows)
5 Toes to Bar
5 Triangle Push-ups
10 – each side – Uppercuts
20 – each side – Leg Swoops
50 Leg Raises
5 Chin-ups
5 – each side – Knees to Elbows
5 Toes to Bar
5 Triangle Push-ups
