1 Arm 1 Leg Swings (do # of reps for each side)
20 eps, 12 reps, 6 reps

Set markers 15 yards apart.
Lunge Walk to mark
Gorilla walk back
50 Leg Raises
Lunge Walk to mark
Gorilla walk back
20 – each side – Brazilian Crunch

10 Monkey Push-ups

20 Sit-up, Stand-up, Tuck Jumps
