NEEDED EQUIPMENT:  Heavy Bar, Medicine Ball, Clubbell, Dumbell (or Kettlebell)

Run .6 miles
30 Push-ups
20 Heavy Bar Presses
5 – each side – Clean & Press (dumbbell or kettlebell)
40 Air Squats
30 Medicine Ball V-Sit Twists
20 Medicine Ball Thrusters
30 Mountain Climbers
10 – each side – Clubbell Swipes
Run .6 miles
30 Scissor Kicks
20 Heavy Bar Presses
30 Ice Skaters
20 Lunge Walk
30 Stutter Steps
20 Clubbell Barbarian Presses
30 Leg Raises
20 Uneven Push-ups
Run .6 miles
1 minute Planks (various kinds) until overall workout is 30 minutes
