My long time friend, Ken Young, wins! I won’t give it away and since he emailed me instead of commenting, you can still be the first to comment and get it right.

Ken just moved up to “Back-up Ninja” status

Woo-Hoo! Back-up Ninja! I am on a role now…bring it on. now, if I could only do that many pushups….

Am I close with “3 miles (running), 3 centuries (push ups)”?

  Shane wrote @

3 miles, 3 chunders? 🙂

  Kemme Fitness wrote @

Matt & Shane, you are both close. “3M” stands for 3 miles. Off on the rest. In fact, I have no idea what a chunder is! 🙂

Ok, I googled Chunder (vomit). Probably a good description, but not what Seth had intended for “3C”

  Shane wrote @

Pete, it also shows up in the Men at Work classic “Down Under”. You’re welcome on the free vocabulary lesson. 🙂
