Slosh Tube 400 plus

My friend, Seth Crooks, created this Functional Fitness workout for him and his wife (he used the Slosh Tube & she used the Mini Slosh Tube).

NEEDED EQUIPMENT:  Slosh Tube or Mini Slosh Tube

CIRCUIT #1
10 Floor Wipers
15 Lunges
15 Presses
30 second rest
15 Thrusters
10 Floor Wipers
15 Paddling
30 second rest
15 Squats
15 Curls
10 Floor Wipers
30 second rest
15 Presses
10 Floor Wipers
15 Hang High Pulls (or lie on your back and raise the tube from the floor above your head to the sky above your chest)
30 second rest
10 Floor Wipers
15 Presses
15 Lunges
30 second rest
x2
 
If done in less than 30 minutes, do Burpees until the 30 minute mark

Now you have the 4″ Slosh Tube (must not have freakishly small hands like me). So I can’t remember the weight, but I believe you were closer to 50 pounds instead of the 30 pounds that Devon (my Slosh Tube) weighs.

Let us know how it goes with the heavier weight!

I put a couple of rope handles on mine so I can grab it easier. I modified the workout too so I wasn’t always doing floor wipers on my dirty garage floor.

I made it through one set fine, but there was no way I was getting two with that weight! Nice workout!

Yeah Seth said it was pretty tough to get in both rounds with the 30 pound Slosh Tube. I can’t imagine taking a stab at it with 50 pounds. What did you do instead of Floor Wipers? And Merry Christmas!!

Did some Zercher hold stuff. Lunge twists and more paddling. Gotta love how just holding the tube is a workout!
