This is a great workout to start in a Functional Fitness program.

NEEDED EQUIPMENT:  Physioball, Cables, box or chair for jumps, Medicine Ball

CIRCUIT #1
5 – each side – Physioball Russian Twists
5 Push-ups
20 seconds Physioball Bridge
20 seconds Side Plank
5 – each side – Physioball Lateral Roll

CIRCUIT #2
5 – each side – Cable Twists
5 Squat Jumps
5 Box Jumps or Step-ups
5 Donkey Kicks
 
CIRCUIT #3
10 Medicine Ball Slams
5 – each side – Cable Punches
5 Sprawls
10 Tuck Jumps
 
CIRCUIT #4
20 seconds each exercise
Slalom
Scissor Kicks
Stutter Steps
Mountain Climbers
