Slosh Tube and a Soccer Field
A quick Functional Fitness workout with a Slosh Tube
NEEDED EQUIPMENT
Slosh Tube
Soccer Field (for the Pull-up bar)
CIRCUIT #1
Marker 40 feet away or so
Slosh Tube Overhead Walk to the marker and back
5 Pull-ups
10 Crucifix Scissor Kicks (arms out to side)
10 Jumping Split Squats
10 Crucifix Leg Raises
5 Slosh Tube Press Squat Combos
X4
CIRCUIT #2
run at least one mile (we did 3.66)
You changed one vital piece of equipment. That change fundamentaly alters the wod – you used a “marker” of some sorts to delinate how far to walk.
My wod was clear. Crystal clear. Don’t change the important things in my wods.
I used 1 piece of misc bright orange piece of garbage. That point is crucial. It MUST be 1 piece of misc bright orange piece of garbage

Anything else devalues this wod.

ha ha ha. On a serious note, the Slosh Tube exercises were not equal to the dumbbell exercises. Hence the run had to be longer. Just an FYI for somebody who tries this version instead.
I thought it was missing something. Now I know it was an orange piece of garbage, a bright one. 🙂
