This is the first month with over 2000 hits. As of this writing, we are at 2006 hits for the month of September. I have no idea if that is big or not, but it sure feels like a milestone for me.

Just do one of my 1000 wods twice. No need to think of the exercises, I’ve already done it for you. Time limit of 45 min though – get it done on your lunch break. 😉

About the only thing of 2000 reps I can get done in 45 minutes is….well I actually can’t think of anything
