Another great workout by Seth Crooks for your home.  All that is needed is a Slosh Tube, a Medicine Ball, and a Heavy Bar.  You can replace the Heavy Bar and/or Slosh tube with a heavy weight of some kind and/or a barbell.

10 – each side – Heavy Bar Lunge Twists
25 Donkey Kicks
1 minute V-Sit
1 minute Nose to Ground
50 Slosh Tube Presses
20 – each side – V Sit Twists

10 Burpees
Sprint around the house
9 Burpees
Sprint around the house
8 Burpees
Sprint around the house
7 Burpees
