Poor Time Estimation

Seth Crooks tested out a new workout for at home using only a Heavy Bar & a Slosh Tube.  He wrote, “The name…comes from the fact that I initially went through the 3 circuits once each and thought I would be done, but it took less than twenty minutes. Dang it!!! I had to do them all again.”

20  each side V-sit Twists
20 Push-ups
20 Slosh Tube Floor Wipers
20 Heavy Bar Squats
20 Burpees

10 Pull-ups
30 Seconds Nose to Ground
10 Push-ups
30 Seconds V-Sit
10 Burpees
10 Box Jumps
x2
 
CIRCUIT 3
20 Lunges
20 Air Squats
20 Mountain Climbers
10 Sprawls
20 Tuck Jumps
10 Sit-up Get-ups with Slosh Tube
x2
