Slosh tube and a Heavy Bar “Power of Ten”

For the first circuit – If you are working out with a partner, person #1 does the Heavy Bar movements, while the other person walks around with the Slosh Tube. Then switch.  If you are by yourself, just warm-up with a Slosh Tube walk and then hit the Heavy Bar.

CIRCUIT #1
Slosh Tube Walk
10 – each side – Heavy Bar Row Boat Wall Touch
10 Heavy Bar Lunge
10 – each side  – Heavy Bar Wall Touch
10 Heavy Bar Squats
 
CIRCUIT #2
Do 10 Push-ups in between each of the following:
 
10 Slosh Tube Press
10 Slosh Tube Burpee
10 Slosh Tube Twirl (full 360 degree spin)
10 Slosh Tube Squat
10 – each side – Slosh Tube Overhead Lunge
10 Slosh Tube Front Paddling
10 – each side – Slosh Tube Cossack Squat
10 Slosh Tube Get-up Stand-up
10 Slosh Tube Back Paddling
