I recently filmed a few exercises that we have been using, but could not find a good video for. This post is the first to highlight a great core building movement. Of course the term Physioball gives it away, since darn near anything done on a physioball activates your core.

See how I start out with both feet on the ball, but then go for 1 leg. This is a great addition to any workout. I’d add this anywhere and often. Again, another reason why a Physioball is an essential piece of fitness equipment.
