Gym Jones style at home with medicine balls

Again, I took a gym workout (Gym Jones Style #1), then I thought of some home equipment such as some medicine balls.  I then simply alterned the gym workout to make this new one tailored for my house. 

I bet you are getting how easy this is by now.  So, go ahead and grab one of the gym workouts from the At the gym page and tweek it to fit your equipment at home by using exercises from the Exercise page.  Then email me or comment above and share your new workout.

  

5 Pull-ups
25 – each side – Medicine Ball Sliders
5 – each side –  Turkish Get-ups (use a 25 lb plate, kettlebell, etc.)
 
5 Pull-ups
30 sec Medicine Ball left arm hold (hold above head), then 5 Squats while holding MB above head  
30 sec Medicine Ball right arm hold, then 5 Squats
15 – each side – Lunge Twists with Medicine Ball
 
5 Pull- ups
50 Medicine Ball Push-ups w/ legs on bench or chair
20 Medicine Ball Thrusters
 
5 Pull-ups
25 – each side – 1 Leg Dips on Medicine Ball
30 sec Medicine Ball left arm hold, then 5 Overhead 1 Arm Squats
30 sec Medicine Ball right arm hold, then 5 Overhead 1 Arm Squats
 
5 Pull-ups
15 – each side –  V-sit Twists with Medicine Ball
1 minute left side plank into 25 pushups
1 minute right side plank into 25 pushups
 
5 Pull-ups
30 Burpees
