10 – each side – Seesaw Dumbbell Presses (40 lbs)
5 Pull-ups
5 – each side – Kettlebell 1 Arm Snatches (or barbell)
20 Push-ups
5 Chin-ups
25 Air Squats
5 Muslim Prays
10 – each side – Renegade Rows
5 Pull-ups
30 Leg Raises
5 each side – 1 Leg 1 Arm Romanian Deadlift (dumbbell)
 
 
CIRCUIT #2 
MAGIC  50 
5 – each side – Kettlebell Snatches (or barbell)
5 – each side – Kettlebell Swing (or dumbbell)
10 Burpees 
60 sec rest in between
