One Arm One Leg Dumbbell Curl and Press (30 lbs)
One Arm One Leg Romanian Dead Lift (40 lbs)
Pull-ups (any kind)
20 reps, 10 reps, 6 reps, 4 reps
Modified Tabata Something Else
Mountain Climbers
Air Squats
4 rounds of each exercise
20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest
