10 – each side – Pistons (35 lb Kettlebell)
10 – each side – Cable Chop (90 lbs)
10 – each side – Cable Lift (80 lbs)
25 Push-ups
X3
 
CIRCUIT #2
“Modified Donkey Kong”
Burpees
Kettlebell Swings
Box Jumps
21 reps, 15 reps, 9 reps
 
CIRCUIT #3
4 Strict Pull-ups
5 Dips (or 15 if off bench)
20 Air Squats
Repeat at least two rounds
 
 

Today was a exellent example of how a good tool box can help you with workouts.  I had just wrote about that in Chapter 15, Recycle But Do Not Reuse.

The original Circuit #1 involved Barbell Jerks and Virtual Shoveling, however, there were too many weight lifters up using the barbells. I wanted to keep the benefits of the twisting motions and so I changed Circuit #1 to involve Cable Chops & Lifts, along with the Pistons. In the end, it was given the official approval by Valerie!
