12 – each side – Russian twist (upper) on PB with 45 lb plate
6 – each side – Kettlebell Romanian dead lift eyes closed
(or 12 – each side – eyes open) 
12 – each side – Russian twist (lower)
6 – each side – Cossacks with KB
